1. Chi siamo

L'app Pilotando è fornita da Omar Minotti, [INDIRIZZO], [PARTITA IVA SE PRESENTE], email: supporto@pilotando.app.

2. Cosa offre l'app

Pilotando è uno strumento di studio per la preparazione all'esame teorico della licenza di pilota privato (PPL): quiz per materia e per capitolo, simulazione d'esame, spiegazioni, statistiche e ripasso degli errori.

L'app ha solo scopo didattico. Non sostituisce la normativa ufficiale (regolamenti EASA ed ENAC, AIP), i manuali di volo degli aeromobili né l'addestramento con un istruttore qualificato. Pur con la massima cura, i contenuti possono contenere errori o non essere aggiornati: puoi segnalarli dall'app con il pulsante "Segnala".

3. Account

L'account è facoltativo: puoi usare l'app anche senza. Al primo accesso (con un account o senza) ti chiediamo di accettare espressamente questi termini e l'informativa privacy spuntando l'apposita casella. Puoi eliminare l'account e i dati in qualsiasi momento da Profilo → Dati → Elimina account.

4. Abbonamenti

L'accesso completo ai quiz richiede un abbonamento a rinnovo automatico, disponibile per 1, 3 o 6 mesi. Prezzi e durata sono indicati nell'app prima dell'acquisto.
Senza abbonamento è disponibile un Quiz Veloce gratuito (10 domande) al giorno.
Il pagamento viene addebitato sul tuo account Apple alla conferma dell'acquisto.
L'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente per lo stesso periodo e allo stesso prezzo, salvo disdetta almeno 24 ore prima della scadenza del periodo in corso. L'importo del rinnovo viene addebitato nelle 24 ore precedenti la scadenza.
Puoi gestire o disdire l'abbonamento dalle impostazioni del tuo account App Store. La disdetta ha effetto alla fine del periodo già pagato.
Nessun rimborso. Gli abbonamenti acquistati non sono rimborsabili, nemmeno in parte per il periodo non utilizzato: la disdetta ferma solo i rinnovi successivi. Confermando l'acquisto chiedi che l'accesso ai contenuti inizi subito e riconosci di perdere così il diritto di recesso di 14 giorni (art. 59, comma 1, lettera o, del Codice del Consumo). Restano salvi i diritti che la legge non permette di escludere (ad esempio in caso di contenuti non conformi) e le decisioni di Apple, che gestisce i pagamenti e le eventuali richieste di rimborso secondo le proprie condizioni.
Eliminare l'account o disinstallare l'app non annulla l'abbonamento.

5. Licenza d'uso

Ti concediamo una licenza personale, non esclusiva e non trasferibile per usare l'app sui dispositivi Apple di cui hai il controllo, nei limiti del Contratto di licenza per l'utente finale standard di Apple (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), che si applica insieme a questi termini. Non è consentito copiare, estrarre o ridistribuire i contenuti dell'app.

6. Contenuti

7. Responsabilità

Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, il fornitore non risponde di danni derivanti dall'uso dei contenuti a fini diversi dallo studio o dall'esito dell'esame. Restano salvi i diritti riconosciuti ai consumatori dal Codice del Consumo.

8. Modifiche

Possiamo aggiornare questi termini; le modifiche rilevanti saranno comunicate nell'app o su questa pagina.

9. Legge applicabile

Si applica la legge italiana. Per i consumatori è competente il foro del luogo di residenza o domicilio del consumatore.

1. Who we are

The Pilotando app is provided by Omar Minotti, [ADDRESS], [VAT NUMBER IF ANY], email: supporto@pilotando.app.

2. What the app offers

Pilotando is a study tool to prepare for the private pilot licence (PPL) theory exam: quizzes by subject and chapter, exam simulation, explanations, statistics and review of mistakes.

The app is for study purposes only. It does not replace official regulations (EASA and ENAC rules, AIP), aircraft flight manuals or training with a qualified instructor. Although prepared with care, the content may contain errors or be out of date: you can report them in the app with the "Report" button.

3. Account

An account is optional: you can use the app without one. On first access (with or without an account) we ask you to expressly accept these terms and the privacy policy by ticking the box provided. You can delete your account and data at any time from Profile → Data → Delete account.

4. Subscriptions

Full access to the quizzes requires an auto-renewable subscription, available for 1, 3 or 6 months. Prices and duration are shown in the app before purchase.
Without a subscription, one free Quick Quiz (10 questions) per day is available.
Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the period.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
No refunds. Purchased subscriptions are non-refundable, including for any unused part of the period: cancelling only stops future renewals. By confirming the purchase you ask for access to the content to start immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code). This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded by law (for example if the content is not as described) or the decisions of Apple, which handles payments and any refund requests under its own terms.
Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

5. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you control, within the limits of Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), which applies together with these terms. Copying, extracting or redistributing the app content is not permitted.

6. Content

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for damage arising from use of the content for purposes other than study or for the outcome of the exam. Consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page.

9. Governing law

Italian law applies. For consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile have jurisdiction.
